These terms apply to your use of medauramart.com and the MedAuraMart app (“MedAuraMart”). By creating an account or using MedAuraMart you agree to them.
What MedAuraMart is
MedAuraMart is a business-to-business marketplace that connects buyers of medicines and healthcare products with sellers. We provide the listings, enquiries, requirements and messaging. We are not a party to the deals buyers and sellers make: we do not take payments, and we do not sell, ship or deliver products ourselves. Price, payment, delivery, invoicing and returns are agreed directly between the buyer and the seller.
Accounts
- You must be at least 18 and use MedAuraMart for genuine business purposes.
- Give accurate details and keep your password secure. You are responsible for activity on your account.
- Seller accounts are created by MedAuraMart after review; they cannot be self-registered.
Buyers
- Send enquiries and post requirements only for products you genuinely intend to buy.
- Check a seller, the product and its documentation before you pay or accept delivery. You are responsible for holding any licence or prescription the law requires for the products you buy.
Sellers
- List only products you are legally permitted to sell, describe them accurately, and hold every licence and registration your business needs.
- Reply to buyers honestly, and record a deal on MedAuraMart only when you have actually agreed it with the buyer.
- Do not use buyers’ contact details for anything other than their enquiry.
Things you must not do
- List or ask for products whose sale is illegal or that you are not authorised to deal in.
- Post false, misleading or infringing content, spam, or harass other users.
- Try to access accounts or data that are not yours, or interfere with how MedAuraMart works.
We may remove content, or suspend or block an account, that breaks these terms or puts other users at risk.
Content
You keep ownership of the content you post (listings, photos, posts, messages) and give us permission to display it on MedAuraMart so the service can work.
Liability
Listings and messages come from sellers and buyers, not from us. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality or availability of any product, or that a buyer or seller will complete a deal. MedAuraMart is provided “as is”, and to the extent the law allows we are not liable for losses arising from deals between users or from your use of the service.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time from the app (Settings → Delete my account) or by emailing us.
Changes
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version. Continuing to use MedAuraMart after a change means you accept it.
