How to Post a Requirement That Gets Quotes Fast
A clear requirement gets more seller replies, and better prices. Here is what to include when you post one on MedAuraMart.
When you post a requirement on MedAuraMart, sellers who deal in that product see it under Buy Leads and reply with their price. The more precise your requirement is, the faster sellers can quote, and the easier it is to compare their offers.
1. Name the exact product
Write the product the way it appears on the pack: the molecule or brand, the strength and the dosage form. “Albendazole 400 mg tablets” gets accurate quotes. “Worm tablets” gets questions. If you need a specific brand, say so; if any equivalent brand is fine, say that too, because it widens the number of sellers who can quote.
2. Give a real quantity and unit
Price per unit depends heavily on volume. Give the quantity and the unit you buy in: strips, boxes, bottles, vials or kilograms for APIs. If you buy regularly, mention it, for example “500 boxes per month”. Sellers often give better rates for repeat orders.
3. Add your city
Delivery cost and time depend on distance. Your city lets nearby sellers know they can supply quickly, and lets distant sellers include freight in their quote.
4. Use the details box for what matters to you
- Required documents, such as a COA, invoice with GST or batch details.
- Expiry expectations, for example “minimum 18 months shelf life”.
- Packaging, such as export packing or hospital packs.
- When you need it delivered.
5. Add a target price only if you have one
A target price helps sellers decide quickly whether they can match it. If you are not sure of the market rate, leave it blank and let the first few quotes tell you.
